Very very heavy period

My periods are a pain to the point where I literally want to cry when they are on important days. My whole day consists of making sure I don’t over flow in my pads.

So they me explain how bad they are. The biggest night time size.

These pads on my average period days last maybe 4-6 hours. At school I change my pad about 2-3 times in an 8-hour school day. They also overflow at night all the time. I have been diagnosed with anemia and menhorragia and given medication but the problem isn’t solved. I just want to know if this is something others deal with because I feel like the only one. Maybe y’all have tips. I don’t want to live my life have to change plans for my period.
