Vegan meats without soy?

It’s crazy how I barely see anything without soy. I am looking for quality eating without soy products. Can you name some?

Jackfruit while unripe can mimic meat when you cook it with the seasonings you would make meat. Also I recommend checking out Ty's Conscious Kitchen on YouTube for vegan recipes. I love his channel. Other channels I recommend on YouTube are Alkaline Meal Ideas, Blended Abode Show, and LP Share 😊
As for jackfruit you can find it in Asian markets, canned or whole. Indian markets should have it too.

There’s a mock meat called seitan that you can make yourself. If you want pre-made the field roast brand is soy free and so are quorn brand products.
