Had anyone ever had the mirena

I had the mirena for about three yrs took it out a yr ago because I started having pain the on said everything is fine about 6 months ago started having unprotected sex no luck yet. But every month about a wk after my period I get a bad pain in either my left or my right it rotates every month and it lasts about a day then done. My on says this is normal for women in there mid to late twentys. Also every month before my period starts my breast leak (also says this is normal) does anyone have any idea on why I may be doing this or what it could be. Kinda has me freaked out that maby something's wrong and I can't get pregnant. I also had all my hormones checked and he said they r all normal
