Pregnant with twins?

I’m wondering if I’m pregnant with twins. I started experiencing nausea, very frequent urination, extreme sensitivity to smells and extreme fatigue within a week of conception. At three weeks and four days I took a pregnancy test and it was positive for pregnancy - the line was there but not extremely clear. I will be taking another test this Wednesday which will mark my fourth week.

This will be my second pregnancy, I just had my first this past December. I am just wondering if anyone else out there has had this type of experience with single pregnancy’s and this is typical of a second pregnancy or if this sounds like it could be a multiple pregnancy to anyone whose had the experience.
