I skipped the prenatal vitamins ....
I know I know. This week ( week 6 ) is when the brain and the spine on the embryo go thru dramatic growth. But I’ve been so sick and nauseous that I skipped 3 days of taking my vitamins. I eat extremely healthy, always 4-5 portions of vegetables and 3-4 different fruits and whole grains everyday. I indulged in lean meat and protein. I drink water and stay away from sugar and processed foods at all costs. Is there any harm in skipping a few days of those vitamins here and there?
