What are they?

I get these really weird pimple like things right underneath the hood of my clit. Always white, and hard(?) like a little piece of hard puss. They don’t hurt or cause any pain, but I just “extracted” a pretty big one and now my clit is sore, swollen, and red! Any idea what these might be? Does anyone else get them? I have a clean bill of (sexual) health so it’s not any kind of infection or disease! And is it okay to use neosporin on it?
