Posting pictures?

When I make a post and go to add a photo it pulls up every photo on my phone in date order... I saw someone say they see their albums.

If someone asks me about older photos like my wedding I can't show them because I'd have to scroll through 700 photos three times to post 3 wedding photos. It's quite inefficient.

Is there a setting I can change to let me see my photos in album view when I go to post a pic?

I'm on android, Samsung galaxy s7 or s8 (I forget which one).
