Pregnancy Pillows: Yay or Nay?

pregnancy Pillows: Yay or Nay?" /> So I'm having issues getting comfortable at night when it's time to sleep. It takes me hours to find a good spot and it becomes uncomfortable within a few minutes.  Has anyone ever used a pillow like this one before? Maybe one similar?  What are your opinions on them? Are they worth it? Mind you I do have a regular body pillow I've been using but to no avail. It lumps in wierd places.

I haven't used one, but I found using several pillows and just putting them where I needed them worked well.

My wife swears by it. I'm buying her one ASAP because the last one was a loaner.  Made a world of difference for her.  I got over sleeping with my arm around the pillow real quick.

I want one too. Lately I've been piling mini pillows all around me while I sleep; not the same.

I love my boppy one. It comes in three sections so you can use the ones you need that night. Like I mostly used the bottom two sections with my last pregnancy. It helps keep your hips in line so that you don't put pressure and extra stress on your hips while your sleeping.

My fiancé isn't too pleased with the idea either. His responce to me saying I wanted one was couldn't I just curl up with him? 
I've been trying the several pillows where I need them and I always seems to get akwardly positioned on them after a few minutes. They shift due to me snuggling into them more or my fiancé will just up and take one in his sleep. So it's not really working out too well. I do have a large wedge that Ive been using for my upper body and that seems to work wonderfully. Just need the rest of me comfortable too.

I have had a boppy pregnancy pillow through my pregnancies and I love it.

I used one and I loved it.. Hubby didn't like it very much though lol
