Would you be able to give an establishment another chance after horrific experience?

Yesterday I watched the first 2 episodes of Gordon Ramsey’s new show “24 Hours to Hell and Back” and it’s basically where he secretly records and exposes a restaurant for it’s disgusting environment and horrible food/service. He shuts the restaurant down and shows the customers the footage of things (rats, roaches, disgusting food, mold, unsanitary behaviors). He has 24 hours to transform the place and it reopens to the public. Now this is an extreme case and typically most restaurants aren’t in that poor condition. But if you ever had a poor or disgusting experience at a place would you be willing to give it another try? If you would, under what conditions? New management? New remodeling? I’d love to hear examples of bad experiences you had lol and if you ever went back.
