Need HELP!! So confused...

So my period has always been on time and between 3-5 days. Even after I had my son and started my period again, it went right back to being on track. My husband and I are trying for #2 since Dec 17 and nothing. Not only that but I was 7 days late in Jan 18, thought I was Oregon but nope I got my period. After that my periods have been off track (late) or longer than usual.. what scares me is this month I have been bleeding for the majority of it. My period started on the 9th-13th, very very light on the last day. Then I stopped. All of a sudden on the 15th I woke up to what felt like the sharpest cramps I’ve ever had with severe pain on my left side where my ovaries are. That last until the 17th and then stopped. Husband and I decided to try for a baby this past Sunday night, then Monday morning I woke up to what seemed like another period and it’s still going now. I have no idea wtf is going on but it worries me so much. I have an appt Thursday w/ my OBGYN but just wondering if anyone has hearts/dealt with this.
