I just ended my period but I started to know I started to get a rash down there. Should I be worried or would it have been my pads?

I get them to I’m allergic to the blue dye in some brands

Could just be from the pads. Along with blood they also hold sweat. Try wearing breathable underwear while on your period and changing your pad more frequently.
