It’s pretty great! If you’re not used to it, definitely start slow and use A LOT of lube. If it hurts, slow it down, add more lube, try again. Use toys, fingers, etc till you get used to it! it's alright, just like the rest of sex it's a "okay we did that now let's go back to whatever else we were doing". 
I usually prepare myself by using one of those red water bags that old grannies use. put it up the pooper and in a couple seconds you'll shit out everything so there won't be any accidental poopies on his penis.
