Does anyone have suggestions on how to clean the cup during your period? The instructions say I can just rinse it with warm water or a basic soap, but what does that mean? Any suggestions on a soap to use without having to buy the one specifically for the cup?
I'm assuming I can't use my body wash or hand soaps because they're all perfumed.
