No matter what I do I never feel true happiness. I’m always smiling and laughing and people always say I’m fun to be around and I’m always glowing but inside I’m miserable. I just don’t like anything About myself and my life and I never have

Sometimes. I’m working on it. This past year I’ve been working really hard to learn about myself. I think the more you know about yourself, the happier you can be. You also have to recognize that not being perfect isn’t a bad thing. People aren’t perfect and they make mistakes. They have bad habits and jealous exists. You just have to work on bettering that. I’ve felt probably better than I ever have before and I hope it gets even better. Long walks really help me connect with my thoughts. Just being alone helps me but some people don’t like being alone and that’s okay too.

Happiness is a mood and is largely dependent on your perspective. You have to choose to see the positive in things. You’ll be miserable unless you learn this skill.
