Testing stranger danger
I just watched a YouTube video of parents testing their kids by sending strangers to try to lure them into their cars. Ultimately, it was to find out if the kids would do the right thing in that situation.
It showed 3 different kids, and 2 out of the 3 got in (all 3 parents said they talked to their kids about stranger danger). When the “stranger” drove the kids back to their house, the parents were waiting outside and immediately lectured their child for their actions.
So my question is, do you think testing your child in kidnapping situations like these is okay? Or is it just flat out messed up? The comments were pretty split right down the middle so I wondered CC’s thoughts.
