Mastitis vs blocked duct

Sarah • Sun, Jul 12 • I married my high school sweetheart, not many can say that. We have two beautiful children and I`m lucky enough to be able to stay home with them!!

I'm in terrible pain. Still breast feeding, Dr appt tomorrow but in the mean time- anyone know of any home remedies to help with the pain?! I've tried heat/cold and raw potatoes....not even a slight relief of pain. :'(
