Tragus piercing infection?

I got my tragus pierced around June 6th and my friend noticed this oil/puss pocket. Is it infected? How do i treat it?? I have been using saline

Trained professional: keloids only occur on those of dark skin. Medically speaking that bump is a minor infection. Do not use any salt cleaners. Use an unscented soap so that it moisturizes and cleans without drying out the area. Salt cleaners kill the good and bad cells preventing healthy healing, and prolonging the process. The other problem is that the bar in your ear is either crappy metal or covered in a crappy coating. That is the most common reason piercings reject. Ask your piercer for an invoice. I guarantee they dont spend much at all on jewelry and then charge a boat load to make profit. If they refuse to show an invoice leave. They legally have to show an invoice if you ask. Look for quality metal. You’ll spend the same amount anyways regardless.

Looks like it needs to have slightly longer jewelry and to be cleaned more frequently with less movement (don't touch/wiggle it a lot). I'd have your piercer check it and change the jewelry for you!

It looks like a keloid (scar tissue) forming to me. Keep clean and contact your piercer

I had the same thing happen to mine when I first had it done. You may want to switch to a hoop ring, you can move it around and it is easier to clean than what you have in it now. This will help, also try Bactine spray for cleaning.

Maybe try using antibacterial soap. I’ve used it will all mine ( I have 6) and they all healed fine.
