Don't know 😕

I just had a chemical pregnancy last month and as of a couple of days ago I've been feeling really nauseous... Me and my fiancé have never used protection since he was supposed to be sterile. So Can you get pregnant that soon after a loss? Any one have advice or maybe have gone through the same thing..?
