5w2d what kind of exercise is safe?
So instead of yoyo dieting I’m a yo-yo gym going I typically go 3-4 days a week but it’s been like 4 weeks since I went. I would do 1 mile on the elliptical and then do the abductor adductor glute and torso rotation machines. What changes should I make to this routine that will be safe for my baby. My doctor wouldn’t schedule an appointment until I’m 8 weeks.
