Lower back pinch
Can someone please tell me what to do for this pain?! My lower back on both sides feels like a pinched nerve or something and I can’t make it go away. It’s even worse when I walk. It feels like it needs to be popped, but when I try my belly tenses up to where I can’t...🙄
