I’ve been getting tonsil stones bad here lately. My throat was starting to get really sore. 2 days ago I woke up and felt like I had something in the back of my throat so I looked and seen these bumps on my tongue. The picture sucks because it’s super hard to get a picture. All the bumps are on the back of my tongue. I can’t really eat because it hurts when anything touches it. It burns and stings (like how it feels when you clean a cut) so I was just wondering if it’s just swollen taste buds or if I should go to the doctor?
