Gastritis and severe weight loss.
What does everyone eat with gastritis. I have went from 186 to 139! I am small for my height but I have to try to say otherwise whatever I eat I throw up anyways. So I have lost a lot. If I do eat however I eat half of whatever I am eating and I'm full like I have ate 20 of whatever instead of a pigeon portion lol. Anyone else have the same problem?
