Pregnancy and food

So this pregnancy has made me absolutely hate chicken, before I could of had it every day.. But now even the thought of it makes me heave & turns my stomach. I can't go out to a restaurant because even seein the word makes me feel sick and puts me off wanting to eat anything. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and still getting sickness, this baby doesn't want me to eat anything! Has anyone else gone off certain food? With my first daughter the smell of fried food made me sick but ugh now it's chicken 😷. Really struggling through this pregnancy

With my first pregnancy, I worked at a a mall and had to smell chik-fil-a every morning, which made me gag. During my last pregnancy, the mere thought of pizza would almost make me like. Weird, because I love pizza... lol!

Yes. I have an aversion to all meats. I thought it would go always after first trimester and it subsided but at 16 weeks it just sits on my stomach. I hate it. I actually read an article on meat aversion during pregnancy and how it could be the result of you stomach not producing what it needs to digest the meat. It recommended 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a little water. My father in law gave me some really good apple cider vinegar (the one that separates) and it has helped.

You take the vinegar before you eat

Bacon...If I see it on a plate, or can smell it, I'm  off running to the toilet.

Anything with red sauce.... Spaghetti, pizza. I used to eat that allllll the time before. I used to make home made pizzas at home with everything but the sauce, usually at about 3am haha

So far hot dogs and sickly sweet smelling things make me feel sick. I am not confirmed pregnant, have an appointment later today though, but... I have been craving random things like goldfish and bananas...

I went through a stage of only wanting fish or mince like burgers or spaghetti bolognese etc, but again this baby doesn't want anything :( lol. That's how I'm trying to see it, Atleast sickness is a sign baby is okay lol

I couldn't eat vinegar during my pregnancy with my twins, it wasn't that I was turned off by it but they did not like it and weren't having any part of it if I tried eating it. I would dip fries in it and after I'd take a bite my belly would kill me. It never failed every time I tried to eat it or salt and vinegar chips it happened. They just didn't like it apparently lol I actually just had vinegar on fries last week I was interested to see if I could eat it now that I've had them and I did with absolutely no problems lol just one of those things I guess lol
