Miscarriage at the airport.

I am currently at the airport in Punta Cana DR on my way back home. Had a horrible pain. I thought I was going to die. Felt like something coming out. Went to the bathroom and found this.

I am/ was 8 weeks. Doctors have been monitoring my hcg levels. They have been very low.

Was this a miscarriage? As soon as I get home I’ll go to the ER. Just wanted to know someone’s opinion.
