Back pain ?? Should i be worried .. 😭

Im 33 weeks tomorrow and this is the second time this happened to me . Last time was about a month ago? Its been almost 45 mins so far i had this pain

Out of no where i get these intense ass pains on the side of my spines on my upper back , its like where my ribs are but on my back ( if that makes any sense )

My husband tried rubbing it , i been drinking plenty of water , im currently in the bathtub and isnt helping me at all.

Should i be worried ?!? Is this pain normal has anyone else experienced this or know about it?
