Depends on how far along you were.
I was 13 weeks 3 days and my baby’s heart stopped at 13 weeks. I had the D&C; on Friday. My uterus was almost to my belly button so it’s going to take a while before everything shrinks. My entire lower abdomen feels like it’s bruised.
After my MMC at 9 weeks in February 2017 though, it only took about a week and a half for bloat to go away.

Sometimes it doesn't go away. I was never showing really, I look the same. My cousin was showing more noticeably and it didn't go away fully until she was pregnant again :/

I was only at 7 weeks but I looked thicker from the side. It went within a week or so. Needing to pee went within days. And my spots on my back went within weeks. Amazing what hormones do :(
