Healthy breakfast meals
So I started at 240.4 in the beginning of the month. I have been struggling to find something that’s healthy and less than 250 calories for breakfast. I have done shakes (slim fast & fruit shakes with frozen/fresh fruits, Greek yogurt, & almond milk) but I do not want to do them they upset my stomach. I tried banana oat pancakes but got Tired of them. Anyone have suggestions ?
