Passing pin sized tissue 15 + 5 weeks

Hi ladies,

I try to find the answers I'm looking for in your wonderful posts, but I just need some advice asap. For the past 2 weeks, I have woken up at night (maybe 6 times in total) to go to the bathroom and I wipe and I will see a glob of creamy pink cm and then no more on the 2nd wipe, and 2 separate times there has been tiny amounts of red tissue passed.

Has anyone experienced this? I used my Doppler last night to hear baby girl's heart beat and it was a strong 142, but I am worried that my cervix is giving out over time :(

Any thoughts? (My doctor has said just monitor and let her know if it changes or gets worse).
