normal for new bellybutton/navel piercing

So I got my belly button pierced on the 26th (so 4 days ago) and it’s not super sore, it hurts when something brushes against it and for a few minutes when I clean it but it’s not a consistent or super intense pain. My concern is that its red around the top ball and a little around the bottom ball too. I know it’s probably too early for it to reject or get really infected but I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this? i’m super anxious about it becoming infected and getting rejected 😣
