and I mean like taking it 100% effectively? I think I'm supposed to start my period, i'm like 4 days into the 7 day break and still nothing whereas usually its here by now-.- i have a fear of getting pregnant (long story) so i'm worrying now. I have regular sex with my boyfriend too he doesnt pull out and cums in me every time

I always start like 4-5 days into my placebos. Then restart a new pack the following sunday. In my case, I’m positive it’s stress. But going from 7+ days of heavy bleeding to 2-4 days of medium/ light bleeding is pretty great. I wouldn’t jump right to pregnancy (internally screaming “you hypocrite you do it EVERY month!”) If you’re being 100% you should be good to go. I also have a fear of pregnancy (as well as a need for another baby 😂)
