Do you use essential oils?

I was told they have so many health benefits and I need to start but not sure if it’s a scam.

The more expensive ones are legit and concentrated and actually work. If you can find inexpensive ones at a drugstore or a convenience store, they are usually not as concentrated and probably don’t have the same effects as the real stuff.
Make sure you do your research on the brand before you buy! They can do really amazing things for your health, if you find the right ones!

My mom works for doterra on the side. I use essential oils for so many things especially when I have cramps or am sick. I use it for cleaning and everything. I believe in it. 🤷‍♀️
