My boyfriend might have been married
Hi I'm 23 years old and my BF is 24, 3 years ago he found out that his gf at the time was pregnant , but they didn't work out and he visited the baby and still saw her often. Long story short one day the ex gf decided that he couldn't visit the daughter, he took her to court, took a paternaity test and found out the baby wasn't his. I recently saw the exes Facebook and her name has the same last name as my BF along with hers at the end. But it also says she's been a relationship with another guy /since 2013 I'm afraid to ask my BF, cuz he's going to think I don't trust him. But in this case I had a right to look through cuz I really love him but I need him to be honest. How should I ask him about this?

My current SO was married years before we met (hes 9 years older than I am) but I knew about it. It's one of my big questions I ask when getting to know someone. Do you have kids? Have you ever been married? Do you want those things in the future? I would absolutely ask. It's your right. But I like to know everything about my SO. Haha.
Ask. That's something you have a right to know. Also, you can search the records in the county they lived in, or the state, and look up marriage and divorce records. Sometimes just doing a Google search of his or her name will provide you with information. This may sound crazy, but I always do a background check on a guy I was dating. I was a single mom for years, and I wanted to know if a guy had a criminal record before introducing him to my daughter. One guy that I was interested in, wound up being wanted for back due child support in another state. I asked him about it, and he admitted to having 5 kids with one woman, and not helping her at all. Not a guy I wanted to risk getting serious about, but also not something he had told me himself.
