How long after bleeding did miscarriage happen

I woke up this morning bleeding a fair amount of bright red blood with some small clots. No cramps.

It is now 12hrs later and I’m still experiencing bright red bleeding but not enough to soak a pad by any means, mostly when I wipe. Again, no cramping.

If I am having a miscarriage, when can I expect the cramping and bleeding to pick up? Just trying to be prepared as I am out of town for the weekend.
