So scared

Hi everyone. I just found out that I am pregnant with my rainbow baby. We are over the moon and so overwhelmed. I gave birth to my daughter 02/2018 she was born at 23+5 due to me having a knot in my bowel which caused my daughter I be distressed. I am so so frightened that this is going to happen to me again, I’m only 4 weeks along but so scared.

Is there anyone here who can calm my nerves and give me some kind words to get through this?
