What’s happening!

Okay so In the last 2 weeks I’ve had unprotected sex with 3 guys, 1 of them were new. Now I have different strong odors coming from my vagina and everytime I pee i cramp really bad right after for like 3 minuets, and today I started releasing blood clots and very light pink when I wipe. I have asked some friends and they’ve all said something different like your pregnant, it’s a uti, or you have a std. idk what to think I’ve never had any problems.
