placenta placement?

Okay so I am waiting for my doctor to get back with me on this but I wanted to see if anyone else had experience with it as well.. At my last ultrasound at 15 weeks 3 days, the tech told me that the placenta goes entirely around instead of being on one side. she of course couldn't tell me if there are risks to this or anything. Anyone have this before and know anything about it? are there risks or is it fine? Any info would be appreciated to help ease my mind while I wait for the doctor to get with me about it! 😊
