Are these cloth diapers or burp cloths?

I asked on a mommy Facebook group and got half and half answers lol.

Going through hand me downs and found a bunch of these.

There’s some thicker ones that are definitely cloth diapers and some small rectangle thin things that are definitely burp cloths (useless ones).

These have similar seams (sewn in thirds)

to the cloth diapers, but seem too thin to be effective. They’re 100% cotton (feels flannel-like though).

Any thoughts?

They are all 13” x 18” (3 of them are 11” x 14”)
