So I got my rook pierced about 2 weeks ago and I loved the way it looked but I have a few concerns. The piercing shop I did it at had done my tragus and I trusted them to do my rook so I went there , they’re totally clean and I felt like it was very hygienic the only problem was the piercing lady was quite rude, both times and gave me no proper care instructions. So after I got my rook done I cleaned it as I had done with my tragus which had healed fine previously. I’m cleaning it with studex but it is still quite sore and tender It’s waaay less sore and tender from when I first got it done but still sore none the less. I also think that I have or am getting a keloid and am looking for some instructions for how to clear it and clean my piercing. I am also wondering if it is normally still sore or if my piercing may be infected just because my tragus piercing didn’t hurt this bad 2 weeks post piercing.
