Trouble sleeping
I’m 10w4d and I’m already using a U shaped prego pillow. I’ve read and have been told that sleeping on our left side is best which is fine cause that’s what side I sleep on anyway besides my back sometimes. I started making a barrier with other pillows to keep me from moving cause I think I was consciously forcing myself to stay on my left side causing my neck and back to hurt in the morning. But the pillows would move through the night so I got a prego pillow thinking that would help. Well, it does help from me switching sides but I’ve been uncomfortable on my left side. Or I still wake up with some back pain and neck pain. I do have a herniated disk in my neck and if I sleep crooked, it can get irritated, but is anyone else having difficulty sleeping this early on?
