Partner uncooperative

My partner does not want to engage with TTC methods. He says he wants a child but thinks that more sex will do it. He complains we aren't having enough sex even though it's 2 to 3 times per week. He also is frustrated that my focus has been on getting pregnant and not just enjoying sexual intimacy.

But at 38 I feel like I don't have time to play around and be casual. We've been together for six years, he has has plenty of years of casual sex.

Has anyone else experienced an uncooperative partner?
