Not sure if this is the right group but in need of an opinion!

So sorry if this isn't the group for this but really just need an opinion! My 5 year old daughter was running around the house pretending to be super girl while I was making dinner and all of a sudden came to me saying her foot was bleeding! We cleaned it up and found a cut on the bottom of her pinky toe. The bleeding stopped and it isn't bothering her much but the cut looks pretty deep and I'm not sure if that is something that would need stitches or even be able to be stitched. I'm just concerned with bacteria getting into it! Thanks in advance for any advice!
