feel free to give me your opinion
I've been thinking alot recently and came up with the idea that it would be a good idea to keep a diary/journal... I have a history of mental health issues. I worry alot I'm 8 months pregnant and terrified ..and would kind of like to try and jot Things down and try form a story out of it... in the hope it may help 'organise' my thoughts also. only thing is in British/Scottish culture it's not "normal" plus there's a point people may read it.. or I forget to add to it etc....or when I have the little one it gets forgotten about. I have a hard time opening up to people and I'm one of these people that think everyone is plotting against them...I can't help it. and was wondering if anyone on here keeps a diary? for the same no d of reason does it help? thanks for your thoughts.
