4-5 Weeks Pregnant- Symptoms?

Did you have pregnancy symptoms at 4-5 weeks pregnant? This is my second pregnancy. With my first pregnancy, other than sore breasts, I had no symptoms until I was 29 weeks! This time, I’m only 4-5 weeks, but I started having tender breasts very shortly after ovulation, and other normal PMS symptoms, but now that I’ve officially missed my period, I’m nauseous almost constantly, extremely constipated, today I’ve been having horrible dizzy spells, I’m generally super angry/irritable now, I just feel miserable. I know I’m no more than 4-5 weeks, because I had an ultrasound at what would’ve been 4w4d on Thursday and they couldn’t see anything. So I’m thinking maybe it finally implanted or something? Idk. I feel HORRIBLE though.
