Honestly I have never had an yeast infection....itchy and cottage cheese discharge. Ladies help please has anyone tried home remedies that worked for yeast? I put a tampon in soaked with apple cider vinegar. It seems to have given me
relief but not sure yet if this will cure it.:..

My gyro said that Monistat almost never works, and to fill a large bowl with steaming/ boiling water and some vinegar, and then put the bowl in your toilet seat and sit over it for 15-20 minutes. I haven’t tried it but I trust her so... hope this helps!

Canesten! Also take a small hand mirror and use cotton tips to clean any excess throughout the day. It can be caused by diet (lots of dairy or meats), sitting around in bathing suit too long, poor hygiene, too much douching. Your vagina knows what to do, try to eat clean until it clears up (it will faster)

My doctor recommended yogurt 🤷🏽‍♀️ never tried it because he also prescribed me some cream .
