Can I be pregnant having sex once?

First... Let me start off by saying I'm in a same sex marriage and have decided to carry a baby for us seeing my wife can no longer have children.

My periods are very regular. I've never been on birth control. I'm a fairly healthy person. I don't take any medications etc.

I found a donor. My wife and I decided that I would do it naturally because that is the easiest way to achieve pregnancy.

I took an ovulation test on what glow said was my second day in fertile window. I took the test because I experienced a little of the clear egg white mucus and cramping on right side. The ovulation test said positive so I did the deed. It was around 11:30pm so almost the 3rd day of fertile window.

The donor has high sperm count. And two kids of his own.

My question is could I achieve pregnancy only having sex once? It was very uncomfortable for me and I'd like to not do it again.

What are my chances for success and what should I be looking for??

I got pregnant to first time I had sex with my husband. I was not keeping track of my ovulation but a few days after I felt different, I was kinda moody and my nipples were tender. 2 weeks later I took a pregnancy test and it was positive

I got pregnant the first time he came inside of me so yes you can get pregnant but most women usually have a harder time getting pregnant, since I'm so young I'm VERY fertile & it's extremely easy for me to get pregnant.

I have felt kind of bloated. And tired. Starting today I've felt rather emotional. About life and such. Which typically happens when I'm a couple days from AF. AF isn't suppose to arrive until the 28th. So it's a little early to be feeling this way. But he also came inside me 3 days ago. So Its probably too early for symptoms right ?

It's possible. If it's uncomfortable for you, and you didn't manage it this month, Walgreens and such places sell fertility kits, that have a little cup inside them. The guy deposits into the cup, and you place the cup over your cervix for a little while. CVS sells them too.
