Birth control

Has anyone else had weird periods after quitting birth control? I quit mine the middle of May and my period was normal at the end of May and on the exact day it was supposed to come, but now I’m 4 days late and I want to know if anyone else had this issue after quitting birth control? Even though i quit over a month ago. I took a pregnancy test the day I was supposed to start and it was negative so I’m not worried about pregnancy, but my periods have always been regular even on the pill so when I don’t get it it’s super annoying to me. Plus I have PMS cramps and my tits hurt from PMSing and have for the last week. So at this point I just really want it to start.

Also any tips to make it start? 😂
