I feel just overwhelmed and unable to cope. I can't stop crying my family is a huge help but I can't help but feel a cloud over my head. My baby is 12 weeks old and she cries so much and I feel so defeated I'm not sure how much longer I can go on I'm waiting for it to get better but I can't see the end point and I feel like I need a friend...

First, for you.  I would talk to your dr about speaking with a counselor or taking some medication.  I take an antidepressant, and while medication isn't right for everyone, I feel like it helps me.
Second, for your baby, consider trying a chiropractor.  My third daughter cried all the time, major colic.  I took her to the chiropractor at 10 weeks, and it helped immensely.  She started being enjoyable after that.  I just made sure to go to a chiro with lots of experience with babies.
