12 weeks tomorrow - headaches?!?

Hi,
I’ll be 12 weeks tomorrow, for the past 4-5 days I’ve been having daily headaches that last ALL day. Strong headaches. Is this normal? Anyone else experiencing this or similar?
My next appointment is until Friday 7/6.

yes! literally dying with these headaches. I upped my water intake and it kinda helped. but I've been getting them so often, and all day long. it's horrible. all my coworkers (labor nurses) say it's super normal. sucks...

I’ve had bad headaches almost every afternoon for weeks. Feels like someone has my head in a vice grip. I drink water all day long, so I don’t think its dehydration, but some other posts have said you might try pedialyte or adding electrolytes, or G2. They’ve said that seems to help. I’m gonna get some today and see if it helps.

It’s normal. Can be dehydration but it’s also a normal symptom of pregnancy that sometimes Tylenol just doesn’t do the job. Hang in there. Maybe try getting more or less sleep. I find that if I don’t sleep enough or even just and hour too long it makes the headaches worse.

I had that in my first pregnancy. Started right at 12 Weeks. I’m also 12 tomorrow and haven’t had it start yet but I’m eating hardly any sugar and have overall felt less “extra” symptoms like runny nose and so far headaches like last time 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have been having headaches most days since about 9 weeks. I am 13 weeks now. Upping my water didn’t seem to help. My dr said it could be hormones.
