Chlamydia??

I gave oral to a boy a couple months ago and I haven’t done anything sexual like not even kissing since. No reason I just haven’t. Well a girl just called me and said that he boy I gave head to was her ex and he showed her the video and that he apparently has chlamydia. I looked it up and it says there’s no symptoms and it’s mostly passed through vaginal or anal sex which I’ve never done. Only that oral once. I knew he’d gotten head several times before but I wasn’t concerned because he was my close friend. I’m going to my primary care doctor this week should I ask her to test me? Also if I am positive how will I explain this to my mom? I’m only 15. It’s not like I can say it was just from kissing. I just texted him but it’s 1 am and he’s sleeping. I’m really scared. Someone please give me advice.
