help me please
so i just drove to panama from tennessee which is about a 7.5 hr ride, but when i got here i was fine and i even went to the club, but now i cant sleep because my right leg is having such a strong pain. its the whole leg and it hurts so bad im almost in tears. any thoughts to what it could be??
